These were purchased as a resin fairy with these funky metal wings. I bought them and ripped off her wings and added these real laminated butterfly wings. They are securely attached and I added a vintage "gem" on the back. .They are about 5" tall and the wings are between 2" and 3". They are butterflies that I FOUND, I did not kill them to make these fairies. I have bought some butterflies on line and they say they are humanly harvested, I hope they are being truthfully because I would not want to be a part of the killing of these beautiful creatures. I once found a butterfly hurt in a parking lot of the grocery store and took it home, placing it on a plant that I lightly sprayed with some water so let it die in peace. Yea...I'm one of those people!  

These key fobs were very fun to make. I made some with ribbon and some folded fabric and some with colorful vinyl. I love the ones that have part of a measuring tape on them.
